Russia flies attacks on the rebel-held province together with the air force of the regime of Syria's dictator Bashar al-Assad. When a demonstration for the rights of Muslims in India passes the rally, common calls for freedom are raised.
According to estimates, there are up to three million people in the region, who are largely defenceless against attacks by the regime and its allies.
